We offer services including but not limited to:
- Digital marketing strategy and consultation
- Content marketing (blogs, social media posts, campaigns)
- SEO and paid media campaigns
- Lead generation and brand positioning
- Marketing technology setup
- Payment Terms
- All payments are due as per the invoice schedule agreed upon at the time of engagement.
- We accept payments via Razorpay and other agreed-upon methods.
- Non-payment may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
- Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to necessary information, accounts, and approvals.
- Respond to queries and provide content or approvals within agreed timelines.
- Intellectual Property
- All marketing materials, content, and strategies created remain the property of Orange Owl until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client, except for tools, templates, or proprietary processes retained by Orange Owl.
- Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
- Limitation of Liability
- Orange Owl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We strive for results but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ranking, leads, revenue).
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a 30-day written notice.
- Outstanding dues for services rendered till termination will be payable.
