1. Service Cancellation
  • You may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
  • Requests are effective from the date of acknowledgment by Orange Owl.
  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are considered only for pre-paid services that have not yet been rendered.
  • Work that has commenced (including content creation, campaigns, or strategy delivery) is non-refundable.

  • Minimum processing time: 7 business days
  • Maximum processing time: 30 business days
  1. Non-refundable Charges
  • Any third-party costs incurred (ad spend, tools, subscriptions) are non-refundable.
  • Partial work completed before cancellation may result in a prorated deduction from the refund.
