- Requests are effective from the date of acknowledgment by Orange Owl.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only for pre-paid services that have not yet been rendered.
- Work that has commenced (including content creation, campaigns, or strategy delivery) is non-refundable.
- Refund Timeline
- Minimum processing time: 7 business days
- Maximum processing time: 30 business days
- Non-refundable Charges
- Any third-party costs incurred (ad spend, tools, subscriptions) are non-refundable.
- Partial work completed before cancellation may result in a prorated deduction from the refund.
