We are seeking a talented Growth Marketer with expertise in growing tech and SaaS products to join our team at Orange Owl. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth for our clients’ tech and SaaS products. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of product marketing strategies and tactics in the tech and SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies and tactics to acquire, engage, and retain users for our clients’ tech and SaaS products.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify growth opportunities, prioritize feature development, and optimize the user experience to drive growth and retention.
- Conduct market research, user research, and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, user needs, and growth opportunities in the tech and SaaS space.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning for tech and SaaS products that resonate with target audiences and drive user engagement and conversion.
- Use data analytics and marketing automation tools to track, measure, and analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and key metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in tech and SaaS product marketing and growth hacking, and implement innovative tactics to drive product growth and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer with expertise in growing tech and SaaS products, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and marketing attribution modeling to drive data-informed decision-making and optimization.
- Deep understanding of product marketing principles, tactics, and technologies in the tech and SaaS space, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and platforms, including email marketing, social media advertising, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
