Job Overview:
As a B2B Performance Marketer at Orange Owl, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will focus on improving key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to achieve the marketing goals of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and report on outcomes to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad campaigns to optimize performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform future marketing strategies.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM systems to track and report on campaign success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a B2B context.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM systems.
